John Fitzgerald Kennedy: A Great American

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth,

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear,
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden back.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads onto way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood and I-
I took the one less traveled by.
And that has made all the difference.

------Robert Frost--------

Tomorrow is the 45th anniversary of JFK's vicious murder. My thoughts go out to the surviving members of the Kennedy clan, who have gracefully endured the traumas and awful slanders of the last years. I am thinking also, about how America would be a better and brighter place had JFK lived.

I can agree with you here Devin.

I did a report in the 8th grade on the questionable events around his assassination. I mean come on, he gives his "we will not tolerate secret societies" speech and then is dead in days? I don't believe in coincidence.

Me thinks L.B.Johnson knew more about what was going to transpire then he let on! CIA anyone?

Be well tomorrow bro, I plan on breaking this time-loop/hamster wheel I am stuck in on the 22nd somehow someway!

Totally agree with you about LBJ-its so odd Michael-but a nice odd-so many of your thoughts synch with mine-just a day or two ago I posted a utube vid at RI about Kennedy and said LBJ knew most of or all of the events of the day beforehand!-I noticed the time I replied to one of your comments in another post was 11:22! right when I was thinking anout this post.

On another matter MFM will not have anything new here until Monday at the earliest. Got to figure out where to go and write next and also to leave the JFK post as the first thing people notice over the weekend. Thanks so much for stopping by! Peace and be well!

Cheers for the comments. Got the one from the earlier post - cheers for the Truman/JFK numbers.
LBJ and JLB catches my eye , Jackie Lee Bouvier = her maiden name.
Truman [ linked to the Truman Show] makes me wonder if the whole 'world' got readjusted via Nuclear explosions , or awoken [slowly]. A developing theory

Cheers

Aferrismoon, thanks so much for stopping by! I really enjoy your blog and your thoughtful comment. The post I did the lengthy comment on literally blew my mind. You expressed in words and number synchs exactly what I have been feeling since the election.
Take care and be well!-Devin

Hi Devin
Just going slightly (well actually a long way) off the JFK topic I just wanted to say that I'd never read that poem through before, just knew the famous lines.

It synched with me 'cos I have been mulling over something I read that other day - that choice 'confuses' us - we become 'split' between two or more options. The suggestion is that we need to wait until we have the gut feeling - where there is but one road.
I don't live my life like this but it is how I write, I can't choose what I will write about next, I collect info & mull over various ideas & then I have to wait for the feeling.

We have these constant choices - you just had the big presidential one - I wonder if these 'grand' choices are to keep people unbalanced, focused on illusion, this illusion being that their vote gives them power.

If you find yourself unable to sleep one night & need some reading material here is an article I wrote about JFK a little while back http://toolonginthisplace.blogspot.com/2008/08/oracle-burning-ships-part-i.html

All the best

I am commenting so much under my own comments section! I just had to suggest to people that read these to go to wise woman's post she referenced above my comment. Astonishing and beautiful post. I am going back to re-read that one when I am not so tired.

Look forward to your developing theory!

I hated to once again comment under my own comments, but in regards to my synchromystic friends-I had a bolt out of the blue thought today regarding Obama being the 44th president and MLK. Probably one of you has already thought of this, but MLK was murdered on April 4=4-4, hopefully this synch is meaningless in that regard- if it means anything maybe it has more to do with the civil rights movement.
